Our team of highly skilled and motivated instructors all share a genuine passion for helping members achieve their health and fitness goals. Beach Fit


Focusing on defining and conditioning lower body muscle groups with both cardiovascular and strength training........This class begins with a high intensity calorie burning section that can also be worked low impact to encourage all fitness levels. One of the main focusses of this class is to work the legs and thighs which we accomplish with a variety of squat and lunge exercises sometimes with the addition of a step. This class also includes several floor routines focussing on the thighs, glutes and abbs. An intense 50min work out that will leave you in shape for the ski slopes as well as the beach. Monday 6.30pm
