Circuits


 

Interval training working all major muscle groups to improve strength stamina & endurance........... a hugely popular and social class that allows participants to go around in pairs for extra motivation.

 

The class incorporates several stations with multiple exercises that the participants follow around the room. These stations are broken up with an aerobic section in the middle working cardiovascularly for 2-3 mins before resuming the circuit. This class really is for all levels as allows the participants to work purely at their own speed & level.
