Dynamic Yoga
Sue Delf is a BWY qualified yoga teacher and has completed post graduate studies in the Krishnamacharya tradition, which specialises in adapting yoga to suit the individual needs both in the one to one situation and in group classes. She is a qualified pregnancy and post natal yoga teacher and has recently completed studies to teach yoga for people living with cancer. She is on the teaching faculty of the Yoga Academy (Simon Low) and helps to train teachers.
She teaches locally in Surrey and at Triyoga Primrose Hill and Chelsea and holds workshops for teachers.
Sue teaches dynamic yoga at Sandown on Mondays 8-9.30pm and Tuesdays 10-11.30am. This is a flowing style of yoga with emphasis on the breath and moving with the breath to increase energy, de-stress and to calm and quieten the mind - a perfect antidote to our busy lives. This class is suitable for all levels of experience.
