Non-members £7 to an hour class

Always remember that members can book in up to two weeks in advance for classes which ensures your place in the busiest of our classes, non members cannot do this. Pilates courses are not included in ‘plus’ memberships, although there are huge discounts for members on course fees.

6:30pm - 7:15pm STEP The old favourite is back! 45minutes of pure aerobic exercise aimed at co-ordination and great toning for legs and bum! £7
7.15pm – 7.45pm BODY CONDITIONING AND ABS Sculpt your body and abs in this pure toning session session! £3.50
8:00pm - 9:30 pm DYNAMIC YOGA Balances the mind and body with flowing, energising movements £8.50

6.45pm-7.45pm BOXERCISE Mainly circuit based with various stations and punching challenges. Great for toning, strength and endurance. £7
