Non-members £7 to an hour class

Always remember that members can book in up to two weeks in advance for classes which ensures your place in the busiest of our classes, non members cannot do this. Pilates courses are not included in ‘plus’ memberships, although there are huge discounts for members on course fees.

9:30am - 10:30am TOTAL BODY WORKOUT All over fitness – burn calories by increasing your heart rate, and tone all major muscle groups. £7

1.00pm-1.45pm LUNCHTIME LEGS BUMS TUMS Great way to spend your lunch break! Only 45 minutes targeting all the areas we uaually concentrate on1 No complicated choreography! £5.50
6:45pm - 7:30pm STEP & CONDITIONING The old favourite is back! 45minutes of pure aerobic exercise aimed at co-ordination and great toning for legs and bum! Followed with some sculpting afterwards! £5.50
8:00pm - 9:30 pm DYNAMIC YOGA Balances the mind and body with flowing, energising movements £8.50

6.45pm-7.45pm BOXERCISE Mainly circuit based with various stations and punching challenges. Great for toning, strength and endurance. £7
7.45pm-8.45pm ZUMBA An aerobic style class, based on latin and internation dance moves - fantastic calorie burner, and great for toning all those problem areas! £7
 
Wednesday9:30am - 10:30am BUMS, LEGS & TUMS Great class for all the areas ladies like to target! £7
11.20am-12.20pm PILATES* Sold as a course – details upon request c £50 for non members
6.30pm-7.20pm ALL BODY CIRCUIT Split into sections for ultimate benefit from all areas of fitness. Changes each week. No complicated moves! 7
