Want to work out hard in a structured environment with an experienced trainer on hand to provide advice and motivation? Then come along to one of our gym circuits classes. Every class involves all the major muscle groups in a varied combination of resistance and cardiovascular training. Don't worry about getting bored, we aim to keep things interesting by utilising machines, free-weights and bodyweight in a different manner each session. Classes last 45 minutes including a warm-up, cool-down and stretching. Give it a try for total fitness.
