Our team of highly skilled and motivated instructors all share a genuine passion for helping members achieve their health and fitness goals. We have various fitness facilities onsite to help you do this.

Iso barre is a unique and challenging full - body excercie class which targets each muscle group using isometrics, light weights, and a ballet barre or chair for stability.


Concentrated core conditioning strenghtens and improves posture. Recovery sretching lenghtens muscles and improves flexibility. Iso barre is non-impact and safe for all levels.
