Kick-Box Fit is a mixture of Kick Boxing and Tae Kwon Do and combines elements of boxing and karate as well.
Combining hand and arm strikes, high and low kicks, and defensive moves, it tones and strengthens the legs and upper body, giving you a complete workout - as well as helping to reduce stress levels and building self-confidence.
