Our team of highly skilled and motivated instructors all share a genuine passion for helping members achieve their health and fitness goals. We have various fitness facilities onsite to help you do this.

This membership is defined as unlimited use of the gym (and the staff's time for help with programmes, fitness testing etc) the squash courts, including access to the social leagues and access to all our group exercise classes listed in our programme. Additionally, you can also attend all ‘open practice’ sessions on the ski slopes. Please enquire in the ski hut for times as they change during the skiing season.

Membership includes off peak use of the gym, squash, aerobics programme and skiing during open-practice times. Off peak means access until 4.30pm Monday to Friday and vacating by 5pm, but all day at weekends. Squash court usage is unlimited at weekends but the last court available on a weekday is 5pm.

The memberships allow the junior to play casual squash with no court fees and enter the leagues, playing at off peak times. Additionally once a member, access to open practice on the ski slope and the Junior Gym club is available free of charge. This membership is only attainable if a parent is a Peak Member. Sandown currently defines a junior as someone under sixteen at the time of joining or renewing.

When purchased, all annual membership payments are for a 12 month period, and refunds cannot be given if you decide to leave before the expiry of your membership.
