This membership is defined as unlimited use of the gym and the staff's time for help with programmes, injury's etc.
In addition, the squash courts, including access to the social leagues and the free access to our aerobic classes
listed in our programme. Additionally, you can also attend all ‘open practice’ sessions on the ski slopes, to do
this please enquire in the ski hut for times as they change during the skiing season.

The most popular of our memberships allowing access to the gym and squash courts. Remember that this still
includes fitness tests and personal programmes, you can still attend the aerobics programme but it carries
a £3.50 fee per hour class (normal fee £7). The Skiing is also included during open-practice sessions.

Membership privileges are the same as Gold Card providing unlimited use of the gym, squash, aerobics programme
and skiing during open-practice times. The difference is, that use is restricted to off- peak times only.
This means, access until 4.30pm Monday to Friday and vacating by 5.30pm. Use at weekends is unlimited. On the
squash courts, it is unlimited at weekends but the last court available on a weekday is 5pm.

Membership as with Gold Card includes the gym, squash and skiing during open-practice times. Aerobics again
can be attended at the discounted rate of £3.50 per hourly session, but there are no advance booking rights.
Sandown currently defines a junior as someone under sixteen at the time of joining or renewing.

This membership allows access for squash at off-peak times only, however session fees must be paid. These are
currently £2.50 per squash court, peak time play is not permitted. The membership does not include general use
of the gym or aerobics.

The memberships allow the junior to play casual squash with no court fees and enter the leagues, playing at
off peak times. Additionally once a member, access to open practice on the ski slope and the Junior Gym club
is available free of charge. This membership is only attainable if a parent is a Gold Card Member.
This membership allows full use of all facility's as with the Gold Card Plus but is available for shorter
period's of time with only a £25 joining fee. This is because of the short-term nature demand of the category
of individuals that it is aimed at. We do require written proof from your employer's that you are looking after
their children or a NUS card from students to prove full time education is being undertaken. The other benefit
is the ability to pay monthly, unlike the others which require joining fee and three months to be paid at the
start of the membership.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
This yearly membership provides the right of entrance to enter our bar and enjoy a quiet and relaxing drink
or something to eat. In addition you will be placed on our mailing list for all social functions as well as
ensuring all information about forthcoming events and items of social interest are sent to you.

The following notes all the exceptions to the above and other areas of the club that incur charges, as the
membership does not include them.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE
Other services around the club that are an extra charge are;
The Solarium which costs £6 per session or £24 for five sessions.
Personal Trainers are contracted to the club and their details can be found at reception. Please ask fitness staff
for more details but to book contact must be made personally.
We also have a treatment room and currently we have Sports Massage Therapists, Injury Therapists, an Osteopath,
an Indian Head Massage Therapist and a Reflexologist. All are self-employed people with contracts with Sandown.
Therefore, they conduct their own finances, so as above bookings and payment are to be made with the individual.

The club also has a squash shop and we can re string your racket, just ask any of the reception staff for details.
Adjacent to the club is Active Sports, which is a ski shop that can also hire equipment for skiers.
We run a crèche each weekday morning from 9.30 am to 11.30 am. The cost is £3 per child and an additional £1.50
for siblings for members, and £3.50 per child and an additional £1.50 for siblings for non members.
