Zumba is a fantastic class, based on an aerobic type workout incorprating all types of dance moves! Such good fun, and a fantastic calories burner.
We hold a permanent class every Tuesday 7.45pm, Thursdays 7pm, Friday 5.30pm Non members welcome - only £7 per hour class! |
