Ski Fitness Circuits


 

Want to get fit for the ski season?

 

This class will help you to do just that ,by preparing your body for the flexibility, strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness required for such a fantastic sport!

 

Skiing is a fun and exciting activity but it is also physiclly demanding and requires a wide range of body movement and great physical resistance. It is important therefore, to have the appropriate training prior to hitting the slopes, not only to maximise your performance but as a preventative measure to protect your joints and connective tissues from injury.

 

The class starts with a basic warmup, followed by a variety of challenging exercises for all the major muscle groups. We focus particularly on the legs to avoid those aches and pains on the slopes.

 

Come and join in even if youre not a skier, the benefits and the results will be huge!
