Our team of highly skilled and motivated instructors all share a genuine passion for helping members achieve their health and fitness goals. We have various fitness facilities onsite to help you do this.

         Step & Conditioning


 

The old favourite is back!

 

A toning and calorie burning Step class with a 15 min conditioning phase for abbs & arms.........A fun class with great music and choreographed routines that change fortnightly. Aimed at intermediate steppers but available to beginners who want to give it a go. A great way to burn up a sweat and learn new moves. Finishing with a body conditioning section working the arms with free weights, bars or bands followed by a sit up section to work the abbs.
