Total Body Workout


Complete body workout combining low & high intensity aerobics with strength & conditioning exercises to define muscles & improve endurance. ......This class is aimed at all fitness levels with various alternatives to suit all needs. Beginning with a cardiovascular section and moving onto muscular strength training with the use of hand weights, bars or bands. The class varies each week focusing on all muscle groups working arms, legs, abbs & backs.
