Yoga


 
The ancient discipline of Hatha yoga includes postures (asana) to strengthen the body and promote flexibility and balance, and Sequences (vinyasa)  to build stamina and improve co-ordination.
 
Hatha yoga Helps to reduce stress levels by quietening the mind using relaxation, meditation and breathing techniques.(pranayama). This age old system of health and well being is the perfect antidote to our hectic 21st Century  lifestyle.
 
Hatha yoga is open to all ages and abilities, as most postures can be adapted to suit individual needs.
